Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website, coremsalesconsulting.com, is operated by Corem Sales Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“Corem”, “we”, “us”).
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It’s written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
2. What we collect
This website has no forms, so we don’t ask you to type in personal details here. We collect only:
- Usage data. Pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and how you reached the site. This is collected through cookies, only with your consent where consent is needed (see the Cookie policy). It doesn’t identify you by name.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser and time of visit, to keep the site secure and working.
- What you choose to send us. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or book a strategy call, we receive the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, company, role and the reason you’re contacting us.
- Purchase details. When you buy a digital product, the payment provider shares with us what’s needed to deliver it and handle refunds: your name, email address, phone number, the product and the payment reference. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
The self-check tools (Revenue Predictability Check and Stalled Deal Rescue Check) run entirely in your browser. Your answers aren’t stored or sent to us. If you choose to message us from a result, the pre-filled WhatsApp text contains only your score band or verdict, and you can edit it before sending.
3. Services run by others
Some actions take you to services run by other companies. They process your data under their own privacy policies:
- Razorpay: payments in India (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets)
- PayPal: international payments
- TidyCal: booking a strategy call
- WhatsApp (Meta): “Message us here” conversations
- techsalesos.com: the Execution Plan, AI toolkit and free Pipeline Recovery Framework
- Amazon: Kindle books
- LinkedIn, YouTube: profile, newsletter and videos
- Hostinger: website hosting
- Analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta): understanding site use and measuring campaigns, only with your consent
4. Why we use your data
- To reply to messages and hold the conversations you start (your consent, given by contacting us)
- To run a strategy call you’ve booked, and follow up on it (your consent)
- To deliver a product you’ve bought, provide support and process refunds (performing the purchase you asked for)
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (your consent to analytics cookies)
- To measure advertising campaigns (your consent to advertising cookies)
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse (legitimate use for security)
- To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations (legal requirement)
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it in ways you wouldn’t reasonably expect.
5. Marketing messages
We send marketing messages only if you’ve agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time: reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
6. How long we keep data
- Messages, booking details and call notes: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Purchase and invoice records: 8 years, as Indian tax law requires
- Analytics data: up to 14 months
- Server logs: as set by our host, usually no more than 90 days
7. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with the service providers listed above, to the extent needed to provide their service, or where the law requires it (for example, a lawful request from a government authority). Some providers store data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply recognised security standards.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it’s used
- correct, complete or update it
- erase it, where we’re not required by law to keep it
- withdraw consent you’ve given (this doesn’t affect what we did before you withdrew it)
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, in case of death or incapacity
Email sales@coremsalesconsulting.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Security
We protect data with HTTPS across the site, restricted access to our systems and accounts, and reputable providers for hosting and payments. No website can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and will act promptly if a breach occurs, including informing you and the authorities where the law requires.
10. Children
This website is meant for business professionals. It isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
