Symptoms we fix

!

Deals go quiet after the proposal

Activity stops, and nobody knows why.

!

Every rep qualifies differently

The same deal would be “hot” for one rep and “early” for another.

!

Teams disagree on a qualified opportunity

Marketing, pre-sales and sales pass leads on, then argue about them.

!

Meetings end without a next step

Customers are interested, but nothing is agreed.

What sales leaders say

Frequently asked questions

What is MANT-C?

MANT-C is the qualification framework in B2B Tech SalesOS. It checks five things early in a deal: Money, Authority, Need, Timing and Competition, and it’s worked into discovery conversations so it doesn’t feel like an interrogation.

How is this different from BANT or MEDDIC?

MANT-C covers similar ground to BANT and adds Competition, including “do nothing”. The bigger difference is how it’s applied: as part of one system with discovery, meeting control and forecasting, so qualification feeds straight into the forecast.

Will my experienced reps accept a new process?

Adoption comes from using it on their own live deals, not from training slides. We work deal by deal, so reps see the benefit in their own pipeline.

Do you write a sales playbook?

Yes. The process is written down as a playbook your managers own and new hires can learn from.

We sell through partners. Does this still apply?

Yes. Qualification and next-step discipline apply to partner deals too, and we adapt the review to how your partners report.
