1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of coremsalesconsulting.com, operated by Corem Sales Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“Corem”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

2. What the website offers

The website describes our consulting services, presents our Execution Plans, Blueprints, AI toolkit and books, and offers free self-check tools and articles.

3. Consulting services

Consulting assignments are governed by their own terms, set out in the proposal or agreement for each assignment. Nothing on this website forms a consulting contract. The strategy call is complimentary and creates no obligation on either side.

4. Digital products

  • Each product’s page states its price, format, delivery and refund terms. Those terms apply to that product, together with these terms.
  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹), and in US dollars where offered, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the product page says otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (international). Your order is confirmed when the payment provider confirms the payment.
  • Products bought on techsalesos.com or Amazon are also subject to those websites’ terms.

5. Your licence to use products

When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or within your own organisation. You may not resell, share publicly, upload, or redistribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, the B2B Tech SalesOS method and its named frameworks (such as SIAM and MANT-C), worksheets, designs, logos, photographs and videos, belongs to Corem Sales Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You’re welcome to link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.

Names and logos shown under “Career experience at” (Ingram Micro, IBM, Sun Microsystems and Oracle) describe Rajneesh Jain’s employment history only. They belong to their owners and don’t imply any endorsement.

7. No guaranteed results

Our consulting, products and content draw on long experience and good practice, but sales results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, product, team, effort and how advice is applied. We don’t guarantee any particular result, revenue, income or timeline. Testimonials describe individual experiences (see the Disclaimer).

8. Free tools and articles

The self-check tools and articles offer general guidance, not advice for your specific situation. Use your own judgement before acting on them.

9. Links to other websites

We link to services such as Razorpay, PayPal, TidyCal, WhatsApp, techsalesos.com, Amazon, LinkedIn and YouTube. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, interfering with its operation, or copying content at scale with automated tools.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or its free content. For a paid digital product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Corem Sales Consulting Pvt. Ltd. have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
