Refund & cancellation policy

1. Digital products

The refund terms for each digital product are stated on that product’s page, next to the price and the buy button. The terms shown on the page when you bought the product are the ones that apply to your purchase.

  • Execution Plans & Blueprints sold on this website (through Razorpay or PayPal): see each product page.
  • Products on techsalesos.com (the Execution Plan and AI toolkit): see their product pages on techsalesos.com. Refunds are handled there.
  • Kindle books: Amazon’s Kindle return policy applies.
  • Free resources (such as the Pipeline Recovery Framework): no payment is involved.

2. How to ask for a refund

Email sales@coremsalesconsulting.com or message us on WhatsApp using the “Message us here” button on any page, within the refund period stated on the product page. Include:

  • your name and the email address used at checkout
  • the product name
  • the payment ID from your Razorpay or PayPal receipt

You don’t need to give a reason.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay or PayPal. We process them within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the credit. Refunds are in the currency you paid in; any currency conversion difference is set by your bank or PayPal.

4. Cancelling an order

Digital products are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so an order can’t be cancelled once paid. You can still ask for a refund within the period stated on the product page.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but your order failed, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment ID. Failed payments are usually reversed automatically by the payment provider within 5–7 working days. We refund any duplicate payment in full.

6. Consulting assignments

Consulting assignments have their own terms. Fees, payment schedules, cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are set out in the proposal or agreement for each assignment.

The complimentary strategy call involves no payment. If you can’t attend, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your TidyCal confirmation.
