Shipping & delivery policy

1. Digital products only

Everything we sell is digital. We don’t ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and we don’t need a delivery address.

2. How digital products are delivered

After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to the product by email, at the address you gave at checkout. This usually happens within minutes, and always within 24 hours. Delivery details specific to a product, such as its format, are shown on its page.

3. If it hasn’t arrived

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
  2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
  3. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, email sales@coremsalesconsulting.com or message us on WhatsApp using the “Message us here” button on any page, with your payment ID, and we’ll send it again.

4. Products delivered by other websites

  • Execution Plan and AI toolkit: delivered by techsalesos.com.
  • Kindle books: delivered by Amazon to your Kindle account.

5. Consulting

Consulting is delivered online or in person, as agreed in the proposal for each assignment. Strategy calls take place online at the time you book on TidyCal.

6. Where we deliver

Digital products can be bought from anywhere. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay and international payments by PayPal. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges.
